How to cancel
Open Trips, select the booking, and tap Cancel. You'll see a live breakdown of airline fees, our service charge, and the net refund before you confirm.
Airline fees
- Standard Economy: fees per the fare rules of your ticket.
- Flexible / Flexible+ fares: reduced or zero cancellation fee.
- Basic / Saver fares: usually non-refundable except statutory taxes.
Travelbird service charge
₹250 per passenger per segment. Waived on Flexible+ fares and Voyager members.
Refund timelines
- Wallet: instant.
- UPI: 1–3 business days.
- Card / Netbanking: 5–7 business days.
Airline-initiated cancellations
If the airline cancels your flight, you receive a full refund with no service charge, or a free reschedule.
No-shows
No-shows are treated per airline fare rules; typically only statutory taxes are refundable.
