Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Travelbird you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Booking agent

Travelbird acts as an intermediary between you and airlines. Your ticket contract is with the operating carrier and is subject to their conditions of carriage.

3. Accurate information

You are responsible for the accuracy of traveler names, dates of birth, passport details, and contact information.

4. Payments

All fares are quoted in INR unless otherwise indicated and include applicable taxes. Prices are locked for 10 minutes at checkout.

5. Wallet & rewards

• Wallet credit is non-transferable and expires 24 months from issue.
• Cashback (2% of base fare) credits within 24 hours of scheduled travel.
• Referral credit (₹200) posts after the referee's first completed booking.

6. Prohibited use

No scraping, no speculative bookings, no misrepresentation. We reserve the right to cancel abusive bookings.

7. Limitation of liability

Travelbird is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes beyond the refund handling described in the Cancellation Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolve in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
